It does not have electricity or water but these are close to the property and so both can be easily connected to. The property needs an individual drainage system installed as there is no mains drainage available. The cost of the drainage system will depend on the type of system approved. An application has to be submitted at the Mairie and this is quite straightforward.

It consists of one large room and an attic. The property could possibly be extended at the side where there is just a wooden/tin building just now. There is also a cellar. The cottage measures approx. 8m by 5m, this measurement does not include the wooden construction at the side.
PROPERTY
The cottage is built of stone and there is a small stone detached bread oven in the garden too, which is very quaint. The roof has just open wooden rafters and covered in “fibro-ciment” tiles. Although the condition of the roof covering is okay, the cottage would look much more attractive if it was re-tiled in the traditional small roofing tiles.
OUTSIDE
It has a large garden (1415m2) from which there are beautiful views over the countryside. There is access into the garden from the road. The countryside is completely unspoilt and is a beautiful part of France.
